This Weeks Question:
How would you pitch to the biz to make your favorite book into a movie?
 
I have quite a few favorite books, so it'd be hard to choose just one. I would probably say something along the lines of, "This book is amazing. Make a movie of it. And it has to have everything in it and be perfect! Now go do it!"
Yeah, not a super great way to pitch a movie, but if I say that I love it then they HAVE to make a perfect movie! :)

    I think it would be really hard to make a perfect movie from a book - but LotR and HP did it! Well, in my opinion ;)

    It really is hard to please us with movies when we have loved a book but it is possible, I mean look at The Book Thief and The Help, both huge movie successes.

      All the directors have to do is read the book and understand how so many people love it!

    Quite honestly, I have no idea how i'd do it. I'd probably do something like make a PowerPoint. That is the extent of my movie pitching capabilities.

    This question definitely tickled my brain ha ha! I truly wouldn't know either, and to be honest, I don't think I would have the time or energy to invest in such a daunting task :P
