Feature and Follow #17

Alison Can Read Feature & Follow

Feature and Follow is a weekly meme hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee's View.

This weeks featured bloggers are Alexandra Florence Books and Banosaur!

I wasn't able to participate last week as I was super busy helping my sister prepare for her dance recital. She did amazing! I'm so proud of my little sister, even if she is a brat!

This Weeks Question:
How do you organize your books? Either at home on you bookshelf or on your reading device, or on your bookish platform like Goodreads, Leafmarks, or Booklikes?

I organize my bookshelf in my room by the author's last name. I've always preferred that organization and I feel like it's easier to find everything. Besides, that's how it's organized at libraries and bookstores! When there is a certain book or two that I want to read, I'll just move them to my nightstand so that I remember to read them. That reminds me, I should probably reorganize my bookshelf soon...
I don't really have a Kindle, just the app for my iPod. I organize it by author's last name as well. It helps to find the books that I'm renting from the elibrary that rent books from.
On platforms like Goodreads, Leafmarks, and Booklikes, I organize it by rating oftentimes. I also have shelves dedicated to different genres, how I felt about the characters, and when I read them. SO many different bookshelves, but it helps me see all the books I plan to read! I mostly use Goodreads, and I need to update my Leafmarks and Booklikes.
